I started my aromatherapy journey several years ago. I had always dappled around in essential oils for different things mainly because I thought they smelt nice. I was an executive director in hospice, and I wanted to bring a new therapy to our patients. I wanted to find another avenue that could bring joy, happiness, comfort, and peace during one of the most difficult times of someone’s life and their families enduring the journey with them. Taking care of others has and always will be my passion. So, I enrolled in The School of Aromatics Studies and began pursuing my level one certification course. During this course, I learned a great deal about aromatherapy. When I started my case studies, that is when I was a believer. I was able to heal stage 1 and 2 pressure ulcers, heal eczema, help people with anxiety, and so much more. I began using aromatherapy to help hospice patients with pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, wounds, and so much more. When I saw the difference aromatherapy can make, I started offering my services to family, friends, and that is when this year I started my own company to help as many as I can. I am a level one National Association for Holistic Aromatherpy certified aromatherapist and currently pursuing my level two certification.
